About
Neverending Coverage is the name of the innovative release from Chaos All Stars, breaking the rules of what an album is and how it is distributed.

The album contains covers chosen, performed and produced by Chaos All Stars of some of their favourite songs, songs that means something to the band or some artists that deserves to be acknowledged for their work or simply just songs that Chaos All Stars felt could be done in a new way. Regardless of reason the Neverending coverage presents a cover album without many limits.

First of all this is an album that has no end! - Why present an album that has to follow the old rules of what an album is when the technology of our times has already given us the posibilities of thinking differently? OlkK of Chaos All Stars says. And thus, Neverending Coverage has a track list that will be ever growing with time. - We will continue releasing new songs to this album whenever we feel like it!

Second, the album is distributed on a special license! Almost anyone can distribute the songs as long as they agree to the terms for distribution (that of course include paying mechanical royalties to the songwriters/artists that wrote the original songs).  Consequently of course this album will "never" be finished! As long as the Chaos All Stars exists the band will probably continue delivering Cover versions that are added to the release! That means it is ever growing and changing. It might be a problem reviewing the album as a whole then, but then again, it is the single tracks that are supposed to be in focus.

Due to copyright reasons from the original songwriters (they still hold the rights to the lyrics and music written in original, meaning that these new recordings are concidered to be covers of the original songs, where of course these new recordings are completely performed by Chaos All Stars) we cannot offer previews on our site for free download/listening posibilities. If we did then we would have to pay for having the cover versions online on our site and how much we even love our fans, we cannot pay for you listening to our cover songs for free

The recordings are available for license so as long as mechanical rights are respected the songs are available on the internet, search and find!

Chaos All Stars hereby grant the possibility of this distribution license of the Neverending Coverage album.

If you are a media representative we will get back to you with with promotional materaial for your publication/review only. Contact us!

We do not grant single downloads for personal use or any use for that matter. If you want to listen to the songs you can listen to the releases from the distributing organisations/websites/other that are distributing the material!

For distributors:

We will look at your application first of course and if we grant you ther posibility of a license of the recordings you are free to distribute them according to the terms below. The recordings are 100% Chaos All Stars though and we own the full rights of distributing and licensing the recordings themselves. But please note that these are cover songs and that you have to pay mechanical rights to distribute them in your chosen territory.

If you are a music distributor you have to agree to the following terms:

• You download the songs with the purpose of distributing them according to these terms.
• By accessing the download you agree that you have given correct and valid information about yourself in the webform (i.e. name, organisation, contact).
• By downloading you agree to NOT hold Chaos All Stars in any way responsible for your distribution of the material.
• You agree to credit Chaos All Stars for the work and if possible to link to our homepage along with your distribution. We urge you also to give credits to the bands/songwriters that have written the original songs that Chaos All Stars have covered!
• You agree to put yourself as distributor of the song and take responsibility for possible mechanical royalties and all legal jurisdictons for your territory meaning: You have to see to that you have the rights to distribute the song - for the mechanical royalties - to the songwriters/ licenses for your territory (that are mechanical copyrights for the text and music that one always have to pay to the songwriters when releasing something). Each band/songwriter will be found in addition to the release below so you can obtain the correct information for your mechanical rights for your territory/distribution channel of choice.
• You have to notify Chaos All Stars of the release if it is pressed or included on a physical media and also send us five (5) copies of the release. For distribution on physical media (CD, DVD, Cassette and so on). Please note that since the Neverending Coverage album has no end the content is continuously being updated! That means that you have to make a selection of tracks for your CD and also let the customers know that there are more covers to be released/already released available. • We appreciate if you also notify Chaos All Stars regardless of the chosen media/distribution channel if not a physical media.
• You may not make any profit from the release but you are allowed to release it on a non profit basis meaning that you can charge the production costs, no more, no less. You have to be able to proove that if demanded from Chaos All Stars.
• If you make ANY net profit on the release you have to give it to charity. You also have to ask Chaos All Stars for permission before choosing charity organisation.You guarantee that the songs will not be distributed by you in any political, religious, ad-commercial or similar reason without the beforehand approval of Chaos All Stars.
• You guarantee that you are not an organisation with an agenda of illegal activities like drugs or that you are part of an extremist movement or similar that may offend Chaos All Stars or the people having written the songs. If you are in any way unsure, please contact Chaos All Stars first with a description on your organisation/label/company first.
• You are allowed to use the Neverending Coverage recordings as stated here along with text info, pictures and logo but without additional works added without prior permission from Chaos All Stars.
• We want this release to reach as many people as possible and we thank you for your help of doing so! We believe in sharing the album to as many as possible!
